Olde Favorites

I am a collector of vintage fabrics (often bark cloth) from the 1930’s through 1960’s from which I create unique pillows that  reflect the design tastes and values of the period. These textiles, often originally employed as drapes and slipcovers, were essential to the interior design issues of the day.  The patterns, dramatic floral and tropical motifs, abstract geometric forms  and  icon  images, were inspired  by  popular  culture.
